i would love to buy KONAD nail image plate, scraper and stamper, but i live in a country in which i can’t buy it…. even though i can not buy it online cause don’t have a credit card…… so, is there any way to make my own nail tools?

Yeah a tooth pick lol I dip a tooth pick in the nail polish and make pok-a-dots on my nails
